New Delhi: In cluster 2 of IIM Ahmedabad PGP Final Placement Drive 2023, IIM Ahmedabad has recorded the highest number of offers by Essar Groups. The second cluster was conducted for PGP students of the institute on February 17, 2023.
As per IIM Ahmedabad, the second cluster includes five cohorts; conglomerates, consumer goods & durables, consumer services, pharma & healthcare and retail B2B & B2C. Offers for consumer goods & durables cohort were made by Asian Paints, Wipro, Loreal and others recruiters.
In the Conglomerate cohort, Emaar made three international offers during the placement drive. In addition to this, students received offers from Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, CK Birla Group, Tata Administrative Services, Piramal Group, Bajaj Finserv, and JSW One Platforms.
While for other cohorts, top recruiters like Airtel, BLS International Services, Alkem Laboratories, Samsung Electronics, and Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries offered students job positions across various domains in cluster 2 of IIM Ahmedabad PGP Final Placement 2023.

In the first cluster, five cohorts of companies participated in the placement, which is: investment banking & markets, management consulting, specialised consulting, cards and financial advisory, as well as private equity, venture capital, and asset management.
The official statement shared that a large pool of recruiters, with approximately 50 organisations, got engaged in the placement process. With 18 offers, McKinsey & Company became the top recruiter, followed by Boston Consulting Group in cluster 1 placement.
After cluster 2, the third cluster will begin on February 20, 2023 for PGP students of the institute. Earlier, Cluster 1 of placement was held on February 14, 2023. The placement data and other related details regarding the same will be shared by IIM Ahmedabad on its official website.
