New Delhi: With the conclusion of cluster 3, the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) has successfully completed its final placement process 2023 for the post-graduate degree class of 2023. According to the reports, Tata Consultancy Services has emerged as the top recruiter during the cluster-3 placements.
IIM Ahmedabad recorded eight cohorts during the cluster-3 placements 2023, i.e BFSI, consumer technology, core manufacturing & infrastructure, enterprise technology, education technology, logistics, and government companies.

During the IIMA placements, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) from the analytics & IT consulting cohort provided a total of 15 offers, followed by BFSI cohort offering the second-highest number of offers.
Further, new recruiters including cult.fit, Finarb Consulting, and Javis participated in the third cluster placements. According to IIMA news release, there were "many ideal applications" for Cluster 3, "reinforcing the candidate- recruiter fit that the Cluster-Cohort system offers."
Recently, the institute concluded its final placement process for the PGP in food and agribusiness management (FABM). A total of 47 students from the FABM programme will have started working for their respective companies by June 2023.
The FABM students were placed in roles that were evenly distributed throughout the following industries: agri-inputs, trading and commodities, supply chain, food industry, agri consultancy, e-commerce, FMCG retail, and others. Some of the prominent companies like Agro Tech Foods, Olam Agri, Olam Food Ingredients, Banas Dairy, Privi Life Sciences, Amul, Bayer, UPL, Nestle, PepsiCo, Hexaware Technologies, DeHaat, Country Delight, CPF, Waycool, Torq Commodities, and Stryker, participated in the cluster-3 placements.
As evidenced by the participation of top-notch industry giants like Agrocorp International, Iscon Balaji Foods, IIFL, Freyr Solutions, RBL Bank, and Zyngo EV Mobility in the placement process, a number of fresh recruiters also demonstrated a significant interest in the PGP class.
