ICAI Doctoral Scholarship Scheme 2021: Last Date August 31; Check Eligibility, Application Form, Scholarship Benefits

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi Research Committee is now inviting applications for Doctoral Scholarship Scheme 2021 from full-time research scholars who intend to start their research projects in core domains.

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria, can apply for ICAI Doctoral Scholarship Scheme 2021. They need to submit the application form in the prescribed format before August 31, 2021.

The scholarship program includes suggested topics namely, Human Resource Accounting, Simplification of Human Resource Laws, Government Sector Accounting, Integrated Reporting, International Taxation Laws, and Water Audit.

Applicants who wish to apply for ICAI Doctoral Scholarship Scheme 2021 are required to have the following eligibility: 

• ICAI Membership + Class 10th and 12th Qualification with at least 75% marks/grade. 
• NET/SLET and M Phil Qualifications. 
• Maximum Age Limit is 40 years on the last date of application.
• UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)/Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF)/ Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF)/ICSSR/ICAR/CSIR/ICPR/ICMR/ICHR Applicants are not eligible to apply.

To apply for ICAI Doctoral Scholarship Scheme 2021, applicants have to submit their applications on or before August 31, 2021, at ICAI’s official email address at doctoral.research@icai.in.

The ICAI Doctoral Scholarship Scheme 2021 Application Format is now available for candidates to check on the ICAI website. Candidates are requested to follow the format and cross-check their application before sending it further to the research authority.

After the submission of applications, ICAI Research Committee Secretariat will shortlist the proposals of candidates based on their qualification, and marks secured.

Shortlisted candidates will be further called for a presentation before the committee, and accordingly, a final selection will be made. The ICAI Research Committee will select 5 eligible scholars, and they will be further awarded a scholarship amount of Rs. 50,000 per month for a period of 36 months.
