New Delhi: ICAI has announced that it will allow the students of old courses to appear for ICAI CA May exam 2022. 

According to the ICAI CA May Exams 2022 notification, candidates who appeared in ICAI CA December 2021 exam and wish to reappear in the May 2022 exam will be required to convert themselves from earlier scheme to revised scheme of education and training which was implemented from July, 1, 2017.

ICAI has notified that the deadline to convert from Common Proficiency Test (CPT) to Foundation is also till March 13, 2022 for reappearing in May 2022 Foundation Exams. 

In order to convert from earlier scheme to revised scheme of education and training, the old course students will be required to visit the Self Service Portal on eservices.icai.org and login using their User ID and Password. 

ICAI CA May Exams 2022: Exam schedule

ICAI has released the final date sheet for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final course exams. 

The ICAI Foundation course exam 2022 is scheduled to begin from May 23, 2022, while the Intermediate course exam 2022 will commence from May 15, 2022 and Final course exam 2022 will start from May 14, 2022.

The ICAI 2022 exam will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours from 2 pm to 5 pm for most of the exams. Candidates can check the detailed schedule on the official website. 

According to the ICAI official notice, the old course students who intend to appear in May 2022 exams of Intermediate and Final exams are required to convert themselves from the earlier scheme to the revised scheme of Education and Training implemented w.e.f. 1st July, 2017 latest by 13th March, 2022.

Further, the last date of conversion from Common Proficiency Test (CPT) to Foundation is also 13th March, 2022 for appearing in May 2022 Foundation Exams.
