HPBOSE Exams 2021 (Date Sheet Out): HP Board 10th and 12th Exams to Begin from May 4; Details Here


HPBOSE Exam 2021: Himachal Pradesh State Education Minister has announced HPBOSE Board Exam 2021 date, according to which the board exam for classes 10th and 12th students will commence from May 4, 2021. 

Students preparing for HPBOSE Exam 2021 must note that detailed exam schedules for classes 10th, 12th will be released soon on the board’s official website: hpbose.org.

The decision was made soon after Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ announced the exam commencement dates of CBSE Board Exam 2021 for Class 10 and Class 12.

Pokhriyal, earlier declared through a live session on December 31, “The Central Board Of Secondary Education will conduct board exams for classes 10 and 12 physically from May 4 to June 10, 2021. The CBSE practical exam will begin from March 1 and the CBSE Result 2021 will be announced by July 15,” he said.

He even added, “We are also working on a solution in this regard for CBSE schools in over 25 countries and will have an update soon,” the minister said. He stated that the exam schedule has been released after considering the suggestions given by students, teachers, and parents”.

Practical exams are usually conducted in January and written in the months of February and March. However, the exams are being delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The exam schedule along with guidelines is yet to be released by the exam authority.

Earlier, CBSE had announced that board exams 2021 will commence through offline mode and not online. To prepare students for the upcoming board examinations, schools across the country have already conducted pre-board exams. 

Schools have been closed in the states since March due to increasing cases of coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown. Later, some state schools were partially resumed to conduct only doubt solving classes, in which strict COVID-19 guidelines were followed.
