The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has released a detailed instruction to the candidates for answering the SSC (Class 10) and HSSC (Class 12) term 1 Examination 2021-22.
The GBSHSE has started the SSC term 1 board exams 2021 from today onwards and it will be continued till January 12, 2022. While the HSSC term 1 exams will commence from December 8 and conclude on January 11.
Earlier, the Goa board announced that the students appearing for the first terminal exams 2021 will have to answer both multiple-choice and subjective-type questions in some papers. The other papers will have MCQs only.
However, the board has issued a detailed instruction mentioning the categories of subjects to be answered either on answer booklet or question paper cum answer booklet or OMR sheets.

GBSHSE SSC Term 1 Exam 2021: How to answer the following subjects?
Students appearing for the SSC term 1 exams should answer 6 subjects on the answer books and they should hand over the question paper to the invigilator. Whereas 30 subjects should be answered on the question paper itself.
However, a total of 49 subjects should be answered by the students using the OMR sheets and they should submit the question paper to the invigilator.

GBSHSE HSSC Term 1 Exam 2021: How to answer the following subjects?
The Goa Board has notified that 2 subjects should be answered on the answer booklet and it's question paper should be submitted to the exam invigilator. Whereas students should answer the following 8 subjects on the question paper itself.
In contrast, there's a total of 43 subjects that should be answered on the OMR sheet and the question paper should be handed over to the invigilator.

The term 1 SSC exams started at 10:30 AM today and students were instructed to reach their exam centres on or before 10 AM. However, Late entry of the students beyond 11 am will not be allowed.
