JEE Main B.E./B.Tech 2013 Paper Analysis

  • This time, the difficulty level in physics was slightly higher.Some of the problems required extensive calculations while some questions needed more in-depth analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Math section was simple.Some of the questions were lengthy and conceptual.Calculus, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Vectors, 3D Geometry, Matrices, Determinants, Statistics, Logic, and LPP were given more weight.
  • In comparison to Mathematics and Physics, Chemistry was the easiest section.

For every correct answer, candidates got +4 marks and for each wrong attempt -¼ of the total marks were deducted.
