New Delhi: DU is offering a certificate course in Yoga & Meditation Training Programme. Gandhi Bhawan, a centre dedicated to the study of the life and works of Mahatma Gandhi, is organising this course.

As per the official notice, Gandhi Bhawan, under the supervision of DU, organises this three-month-long course twice a year and the number of seats is equally divided among the male and female candidates.

While discussing the course, Ramesh Bhardwaj, Director at Gandhi Bhawan, has explained the particularities of the course.

“We have been conducting Yoga classes for more than three decades. Anybody below the age of 50 can apply. For those who don’t meet the criteria, we do a medical check-up. If they are fit to take it, they are admitted,”, as stated by the Director.

DU Certificate Course in Yoga & Meditation Training Programme: Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for this course on the basis of interview. Candidates have to pay a registration fee of INR 500 once the interview is over. Finally, the selected candidate’s name will be displayed in a list on either the main website or the notice board of the varsity.
