DU Admission 2021: Delhi University admission application window for all undergraduate and postgraduate courses will now close on December 31, 2021. 

Students who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to apply for Delhi University can submit their applications now. The application window for all candidates will be open till December 2021 end on the university’s admission portal at du.ac.in.

While talking about the final admission process, Delhi University said, "The 2nd special cut-off is for those candidates who were eligible but could not/ did not take admission in the earlier fifth cut-offs for whatsoever reasons”.

DU Admission 2021: Highlights 

Delhi University has started the admission process for all DU Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) Courses 2021 from August 02, 2021. The first admission cut-off list was released on October 01, 2021, on the official website of the university, at du.ac.in. 

The admission seats at various Delhi University Affiliated Colleges were allotted to students based on their overall admission score and merit list released by the colleges. Those who meet the merit list criteria were eligible to apply for further admission. 

In addition, the DU Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) has recently released the second special cut-off list on December 15, 2021. Students who were waiting for the cut-off can now check the DU NCWEB cut-off special list for the BCom and BA programs @du.ac.in. 

Eligible candidates must note that the application window will only be open on the NCWEB website from December 17, 2021. 

Also as per the latest announcement made by Delhi University, admission process from the academic session 2022-2023 will include Central Universities Common Entrance Test, CUCET. The exam will be included in both UG and PG course admission processes. 

The decision to include CUCET 2022 in DU Admission 2022 process was approved by the university’s academic council. The decision was made to ensure that every student will get a fair chance for admission to various Delhi University-affiliated colleges. 

Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in 12 languages, such as Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, and Punjabi.
