CBSE Class 12 Revaluation Result Released, Check at cbse.nic.in


CBSE has released the re-evaluated result for the class 12 examination of 2020. Students who took the class 12 board examination and applied for re-evaluation can now check their results online.

The results are available on the official website of CBSE. Students can also visit www.cbse.nic.in and check their updated scorecard.

CBSE had announced the class 10 board examination results on 15 July, while the class 12 board examination results were declared on 13 July. This year, the results were announced a month later than usual. 

The board examinations had been postponed due to a coronavirus break which was later scheduled to be held from 1 to 15 July. However, later, the board examinations were scrapped. CBSE then devised a new assessment scheme to mark class 10 and 12 students of CBSE.

How to Check the Revaluation result?

To check the result, follow these steps:

  • Go to the official website of CBSE.
  • On the homepage, click on the direct link Senior School Certificate Examination Class 12 Results 2020 (Updated after Re-evaluation).
  • Enter your roll number, school number, centre number and admit card ID.
  • After filling out the details, click on Submit
  • Check the result and keep a copy of it for future reference.

The revaluation process was started by CBSE on 17 July, beginning with the application process for verifying marks, which lasted from 17 to 21 July; candidates had to register on the official website of CBSE. The verification of marks of Class 10 started from 20 July onwards.

The revaluation process involves three steps: re-totalling, requesting for the photocopy of the answer sheet and revaluation of the answer sheets.
