Calicut University has decided not to hold online exams for its fourth semester postgraduate students and sixth semester undergraduate students. The decision will be implemented in all of the University affiliated colleges and distance learning centers.

The University has decided to commence the CU semester exams from June 15th for all the affiliated colleges and announce the results for the same by July 31.

This was decided by a standing committee of the Syndicate on Sunday. Vice Chancellor M.K. Jayaraj had called a meeting of college teachers’ associations on Monday to discuss the conduct of exams in colleges. Members of the Syndicate committee were present at the meeting. 

Further, as per some sources, the online examinations for the engineering students will be done in accordance with what was done by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.

The varsity had earlier also commenced the application process for its various Post-Graduate courses for the year 2021-22. Calicut University is offering admission to various postgraduate programmes such as MSc, MCom, MA at University Teaching Departments and its various affiliated colleges/centres.
