What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

Zeal for learning, the happiness of teaching students are the key factors”

Fortunately, my luck drew me towards teaching when I had rejected my first offer from a reputed Pharmaceutical Industry. It’s definitely my passion for teaching and administration which I have inherited from my father and teachers of my under graduation and post-graduation courses.

What is your leadership philosophy?

“I enforce a culture of teamwork and mindful communication”

I strongly believe that a principal should also be a constant learner. In my philosophy, I don’t believe in Bossism but I am a strong believer in Team Work. I give equal chance to everybody to express their opinion in the interest of the organization and profession.

How do you strategize the key programs for the marketing and administration of your college?

“We take help of social media to broaden our reach to more students”

I feel that advertisement is mandatory for any institution if it wants to flourish. But also the quality of education and care which you provide to your students along with the infrastructure your students are exposed to at your institution makes you different from others. We basically use social media handles to stay connected with current and future students.

How a student could be benefited from studying here in your college?

“Students gets every opportunity for their all-around growth”

An education system which we proffer is a mixture of knowledge, skills and moral values. Here, our students are exposed to the latest developments in the field of pharmaceutical and modern equipment. We have enforced such an environment of trust and mutual understanding that everyone can express their suggestions and issues freely. We have signed MoU's with our industrial partners to bring the latest programs for our students with ease.

The day is not far off when students from all over the world will join our group.

What do you see as your college’s greatest strengths?

“Everyone from top management to staff members makes us strong”

Our Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary and staff members keep us united with their help and support. Also, our ambiance and infrastructure contribute to this existing strength of ours.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education in general?

“Cultural differences, high fee and social media distraction are major issues”

There are numerous challenges if we talk about higher education and the most prominent ones are that many students get shifted to urban areas college from rural backgrounds and it takes a lot for them to adjust in that environment, be it culture or academic adjustments. Also financial issues along with useless attraction towards the cinematic and western cultures divert our youths from their goals.

How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your college?

“By ensuring my availability and guidance for students”

We have enforced a culture of trust, open communication and respect which makes relationships healthy and strong. I make sure my available whenever my students need me and I try to resolve their issues within the stipulated amount of time. All these make relationships and the environment worth cherishing.
