Ms. Bhaswati Kumar is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at National Education Foundation Law College. She has done B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and MBA in Finance and Human Resources. Currently, she is pursuing PhD and has a teaching experience of 5 years. Her area of interest includes Financial Management, Security Analysis, Investment and Portfolio Management, Operations Management, Quantitative Techniques and Business Ethics.

Teaching is a profession in which continuous learning takes place. Every single day there is a scope to learn something new and share the knowledge we have with others both with the colleagues as well as with the students. To maintain a healthy relationship with students and my fellow faculties, I try to enforce regular communication between the students and the teachers. I keep a very close eye on each and every student and how they are performing in classroom and outdoor activities. 


Which steps are being taken by your college to promote practical learning among the students?

“We conduct session and professional visits on a regular basis”

Our institute regularly organizes industrial visits in different organizations for industrial exposure of the students. Also, experts from different industries are invited to provide an insight regarding the prevailing industrial situation.


What are some of the biggest challenges for management education in the country?

“Financial constraints are definitely a challenge when it comes to management education”

All of us know that education is the building block of a nation. It is also known that the majority of the population of our country is unable to make ends meet. One of the biggest challenges is that the cost of management education is high. To ensure that the management education is made accessible for all the deserving students with low economic background financial assistance are provided by our institute.
