It gives me immense honour to work with brilliant minds and to help the students to grow.

“Discipline is a key factor in my leadership”

As a leader, I always focused on discipline. As the head of the Institution, I like to follow the set of rules, laid by the Institution and the Bar Council of India. I don’t like to procrastinate things which will lead to delay and makes the process cumbersome. “To establish our legacy in the education sector with the existing competition”

There have been 1200 private law universities (as per last year). To be in the competition with these universities as well as follow various other norms that have been the biggest competition. We are establishing new buildings and changing the curriculum of the university which fits the best in the industry. We are trying to regularize our fees and to create revenue to provide the best to the university.

What are your learnings from the pandemic and how are you dealing with the situation?

“We need to back our strength and look into weakness”

We need to be cautious and alert of the changes taking place continuously. Any institution should adopt modern ways of teaching or at least have the infrastructure that can be availed whenever the situation demands. As the pandemic has demanded, we shifted to online learning methods and it has been an overwhelming journey. The biggest lesson we have learned in these hard times is that we can never avoid changes. It is necessary to face and embrace it.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Develop your sense of justice”

I would like my student to excel in their field and to do justice with their profession whether being the Judge, Lawyer or Politicians. I personally request my students to help the needy, destitute, create awareness and bring the change in society.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?

“Consider everyone’s opinion and be a good listener”

I like to keep a healthy relationship with the students and staff members. I am quite friendly with the students. I deal with them directly. I personally ensure a safe environment for the girl students and provide every necessity they require in terms of counselling.
