“The innovation with E-learning and making it interesting and attractive”
The pandemic has fast-paced the process and we have equipped all the possible ways to adapt. E-learning to online evaluation is happening. Students from remote areas might face the issue of connectivity, but, NIFT has come up with a habit of “shared lectures” so that they do not feel left behind. Students are the strength and we know that students as well as their families have faced issues about the pandemic. So we are also providing emotional mentoring. Now, NIFT Patna is challenging each corner of the country.

The biggest challenge faced by the institute during this pandemic?
“The great shift is education being on the online platform rather than physical presence”
After the pandemic, there is a huge change in the education sector. Our biggest challenge is to take up all students together so that no one feels left behind; all regardless of the financial situation or lack of resources. Also, the damage to student’s health due to complete online classes is the biggest challenge we all have been facing.
Any message to students out there as suggestions for life?
“Be the change they want to”
Ambition should be your key to success in life. Innovation should be your idea of happiness. Everyone’s life has its ambition, where there is a will there is away. I call out a term L-I-F-E: Love, Inspire, Facilitate, and Empathies. You should decide on your own.
