What are your responsibilities towards the students?
“To transmit knowledge and keep track of the institution's rankings in academics and research”
A Faculty should create an engaging, interesting and knowledge-exchanging environment for its students. Students should be encouraged to be disciplined, punctual, and responsive in classes, academic projects, and industrial training. For the sake of transmitting knowledge and improving their capabilities, I keep track of the institution's academic and research rankings. Personal concerns of students are also handled, and adequate counselling and assistance are offered to guarantee students' comfort on campus.
How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?
“Incorporating a people-centric approach in daily operations”
The institution's world is similar to that of a family. Our entire family works together, learns together, faces challenges together, and grows together. We think that it is the human being, not technology, who shapes the world. Technology is only considered a powerful tool in our people-centric approach, not as a whole. It is more important to boost the nation's human capital.
Therefore, at our institute, all of the faculty members are very accessible to our students and are willing to provide any assistance or feedback they may need.
How do you try to bring in a practical approach to subjects?
“Project-oriented practicals or assignments to enable students with industry skills”
In order to make sure that our students are aware of important ideas, our department hosts workshops, seminars, and other essential events. In order for students to gain confidence in their practical knowledge, we usually assign some project-oriented practicals. Also, I keep myself up-to-date with changes in the industry and changes in education methods and policies.

What are the best practices offered by the department to the students?
“Lectures by industry professionals, exchange programs, and alumni interactions”
- A balance between practical and theoretical knowledge, including visits to industry (Exchange programs, lectures by industry professionals, and alumni interaction).
- During the course, students learn about communication, aptitude, and technical abilities to prepare them for future employment.
- As part of our outcome-based education approach, we design course plans with objectives and results, and we assess students' learning styles using a learning type test.
How does your department prepare students for Higher education and placements?
“Career counselling sessions and mock interviews”
Aviation and management departments strive to create job opportunities in line with students' interests and careers outlook. While participating in career counselling sessions and mock interviews, the students had the opportunity to receive training on grooming and personality development.
Do you have any extracurricular activities to enhance the skills of the students?
“Focus on student-centric activities, assignments and industry-based projects”
To ensure that our students develop their abilities not just academically, but in all areas of life, we constantly encourage them to take part in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. In order to ensure their professional and personal success, we created curricular calendars for them quarterly, monthly, and annually. In an effort to meet the needs of our students and face the challenges of the real world, we organize different activities, assignments, and projects.

What do you see as the department’s greatest strengths?
“We excel at working with feedback in my department”
My department's greatest strength is gathering feedback and evolving suggestions in accordance with university standards. One of the major qualities of our department is that our faculty and students have a lot of compassion for each other. In the management department, trust, dedication, dependence, and support are what make up its backbone. The department's competency in core areas will definitely rise by a factor of ten if we can maintain or improve the current situation.
