She has helped in launching many institutions of higher learning in her career. She is a board member of Directors of the Tirupati Group of Institutions and was subsequently appointed as a Whole-Time Director in TC Business School. She has excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization. In my opinion, leadership is not just about influencing or Effective leaders do not just command; they inspire, persuade, and encourage. Leaders tap the knowledge and skills of a group and individuals toward a common goal and draw out a commitment to achieve results. I believe in collaborative leadership.

What are your plans for the marketing and administration of your School?

“To focus on the detailed digital marketing strategies with the help of RCT Concept”

We are mainly focusing on detailed marketing strategies. RCT is our key plan, which is:

  • Reach as much as possible,
  • Collaboration with Companies,
  • Training opportunities.

Also, we are focusing on digital marketing and other online platforms for the enhancement of the institutions.

How do you make the Curriculum of your school’s subjects industry-oriented?

“Providing the students with facilities like Industrial Visits, Industrial Talks, etc”

Despite the Pandemic, we are continuously focusing on organizing virtual industrial visits and Industrial Talks. The entire curriculum is designed as per the industry demand which includes personality development, communication skills, and technical skills along with their university syllabus.

The objectives of our education program include making TC Business School a preferred education destination for foreign students, we focus on practical knowledge of the students so that students become more employable and strong entrepreneurs.
