Dr. Ashish Yadav is a working professor at Vikrant Group of Institute, Gwalior. He holds the position of the Head of Department at Vikrant Institute of Law. He is passionately working for the betterment of legal education at his level. He strongly believes that he’s on a mission where he would try his best not only to develop the best legal minds but also the very best human beings.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Education is the only sector that creates all sector is my belief to be associated with education”

 This question brings out a really personal side of the phase as an academician. The educational sector provides me with the opportunity to create various opportunities for our beloved students. I own my work very passionately and follow the principles of our Former President of Country “BHARAT RATNA” “Shri APJ Abdul Kalam Ji” that every child is so special and being an academician it’s our responsibility to bring that best ability out of them. The education sector always showed me my true worth. I think I got my motto of life which lies under this field only. I am extremely thankful to the Almighty that he sent me with the skills of teaching. 

Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“The college promotes anti-racism and supports the unbiased educational system for all the students”

 VIKRANT GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS is the institute which always gives preference to all students for their betterment. We ensure all the eligible students can get the benefits of government scholarships regularly. We provide career counseling and coaching classes to those students who are preparing for any competitive examination free of cost at our own institute premises. Its shows the dedication and intention of the management to impart the best education in all sector of the society beyond any difference related to races or economic background. As per the vision of Chairman Sir:

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the Institution and the students are?

“The roles and responsibilities come with the position you hold and the role you play in the institute”

With attaining the position of HoD of the law department at my institute, I believe I act as a bridge between the students and the management team of the college. The roles and responsibilities include the assured duty of the career growth of the students. The role is to provide such opportunities to every single student. I think it’s my very crucial role to organize multidisciplinary classes for the students, so they can develop and nurture themselves in every possible manner. I will always be so endeavored to provide the best support and encouragement to the students and assistance to the management.

What do you think should be the Institution’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“To leave no stone unturned for making the college the best and foremost in the Country”

Being an educational institute, we should ensure that we can impart best practices and environment to the students. So, they start believing in themselves and change the entire Nation and their life by their own endeavors in a very prospective manner.” Our institute is already having so many International and National Collaborations and MoU’s with some of the best organizations around the world. We look forward to increasing these International collaborations with various institutes to have our students a better exploration. As long as I can see, this institute would be one of the finest education institutes in the Nation in the upcoming 4-5 years. We are very positively looking to reach a milestone as well, that is to become a University. I strongly believe the Vikrant group of institutions has all those potentials, through that we can achieve this milestone very soon.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

I inspire my students to take steps without any fear of failure. I usually tell them either you learn or win, but you won’t fail. The level of hard work is needed to achieve your goals. You need to be a keen observer, self-motivated and feel happy for their every single endeavor and they did for the pursuance of their vision. I would defiantly suggest youth to have an eye on your deeds and have a good mentor who can help you in every situation. At last but not least I would suggest students think big for their lives. They can do whatever they think in mind. This universe is for you all.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute?

“The open communication and complete stable support to the students from each member” 

As an educational institute, we offer a very cordial environment to the students so they can groom themselves in every manner. We provide all possible support and enmities to our students. I am extremely happy to see the behavior of management, that sometimes they support students out of the box. This is really very crucial for the students that their professor and management of the institution always give them a good path for their wholesome development. In our institute, we celebrate all our National festivals in a very energetic way to inculcate the cultural values of our students. I saw that the door of management is always open for all the students and professionals to maintain a very healthy relationship and the environment in the institution. 

What can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute?

“We adopt every new academia structure with the parallel connection with tech advancement”

In our institute, we have espoused updated teaching pedagogies and tools for a long time now. We have a humongous central lab and practical language labs for every section of students. We have a wonderfully designed moot court hall for law students and many more other things we provide to our students so they can be updated with the latest scenario of education around the world. We conduct sessions from very eminent personalities, through that students feel the importance of these areas of life as well. Actually, we are giving our best to develop the most fertile minds in our institute so after completion of their degree they can flourish in their respective fields. 

Being the Head of Department, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

We establish a system to promote the best legal education among the students of our institute. We create and initiate numerous activities connected to the field of Engineering, law, environment, ethics, social service, and more to ensure students and society’s development. We give them opportunities to do internships in the best industries and organized so many events as well, so they learn a lot from this kind of practical environment. We have several courses under one umbrella like Engineering, Management, Nursing, and Law. You can see our track records where our students have achieved a lot. We make these above-given programs so lively and enthusiastic for the students so they can do the best in their lives.
