Mr. Bhaskar. N is the faculty at Arena Animation, Mumbai. He has more than 15 years of experience in his field. He has cleared the Adobe Certified Associate Exam (ACA) for Adobe Photoshop. Immensely dedicated towards his field, imparting technical education to students of Graphic and Animation field is his most prioritized goal.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

“Training my students to understand this highly in-demand job industry”

Being a 3D animation and VFX Faculty, I am responsible to provide authentic training to the students of the Animation and VFX industry & make them Job ready.

Do you have any programs to enhance the skills of the students?

“Special master classes for skill enhancement in photography & cinematography”

Yes, apart from the academic training program, I do take master classes in various topics like Cinematography & Outdoor Photography. In addition to this, I also teach the Real-world Lighting master class to understand light behavior. 

How does your curriculum ensure that the students are future ready?

“By incorporating in-trend skills into the syllabus”

We have an excellent syllabus, that is designed by Aptech ltd. Our syllabus designing team always does thorough research on the industry requirements & works accordingly. They also organize a Trainer Improvement program for the faculty members benefit.

What are the interventions you bring in for active learning?

“Teaching methodologies that increases the simplicity of learning”

If I am in the middle of a session & have limited time on my hand, then I always plan innovative assignments. This helps to keep students engaged & involved in the learning process.
