What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

I believe that education not only increases the productivity and creativity of an individual but also enhances the quality of their lives and has far-reaching societal benefits for both individuals and society. Enhancing students' awareness of themselves and the world is my primary objective in the education field.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

"I believe in focusing on what is meaningful and helping my students achieve their goals"

Leaders are like influencers, they motivate others to achieve something new and better by being role models and devoutly following their own values and belief system. As a leader, I encourage open discussions and conversations with my students and respect their opinions.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

There are some suggestions for the current youth, these are:

Always Be Humble: In the current climate, it is quite easy to be conceited. Such views inhibit an individual's ability to form good connections. Being humble enables you to be receptive to learning from elders and adjusting your behavior to become a better person.

Consider before acting: The simple but powerful technique of considering your actions and their implications will save you from making major errors that could cost you your freedom, your education, or your life.

Do not follow others: Avoid blending in with the crowd. You can isolate yourself from the group of people who are not engaged in meaningful activities while maintaining a social life. Avoid following fads that could lead to a high-risk lifestyle, such as getting so consumed with materialism that you engage in unlawful acts to obtain specific items.

Preserve emotional stability: Emotional control is vitally essential for navigating through these perilous times in which we currently reside. In dealing with personal concerns, professional relationships, and even sporting events, incidents have occurred owing to a lack of emotional control. If you have emotional control, the majority of incidents will not escalate.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the college and the students are?

"A Teacher’s influence on their students’ lives is undeniable"

Our youth is the future of the nation, they are responsible for carrying out duties across several domains and serving society this way. We as teachers, are builders of a better tomorrow, by shaping the youth of today and helping them to lead their life in a responsible way and achieve their goals.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute/ university?

"The Language of Success displays your belief and confidence in the student's abilities through phrases such as, ‘I know you can’"

A positive and purposeful learning environment can boost enjoyment and engagement. It can also help to enrich teaching and learning and improve academic performance. A learning environment is much more than what you see visually. It consists of three main ingredients - The Physical, Social, and Emotional environments. For any high-quality teaching strategy to have an impact, these elements must exist harmoniously. There are some key changes that you can make to ensure the learning environment is as positive and purposeful as possible.

Build an inclusive environment in your classroom: Begin by greeting students as they enter the classroom. Recognize the pupils who exhibit components of your teaching and learning policy. Your affirmation may be precisely what a youngster needs to hear.

Request Students: Ask the students what a positive environment looks like in their eyes. This should include their physical, social, and psychological surroundings.

Rules and routines provide pupils with security, comfort, and a sense of familiarity. After kids grasp and accept the school's required standards, they are free to focus on their education, as many of their uncertainties have been eliminated.

Engage: Give pupils access to a curriculum that is enriching and engaging. To guarantee optimum efficacy, align the curriculum across disciplines so that students may draw connections and build on existing knowledge. This progressive curriculum management strategy can help you foster curious and inspired students.

Instructors should foster a new culture of experimenting to foster resilience: Pupils must recognize that making mistakes is an integral part of the learning process. Reworking and reworking enable pupils to solidify their comprehension. This strategy for fostering a growth attitude is particularly crucial in the primary environment so that students feel more prepared for any problems.

There are three forms of language that can be employed to promote learning and motivation.

Using statements such as 'I'll try but I need support,' The Language of Hope inspires even the most hesitant children in your classroom to try.

The Language of Possibility When students inform us that they are not proficient in any topic, we create a climate of possibility in your response.

Limiting student participation in decision-making may disconnect certain kids from school life. We must strive to provide our students autonomy and options. Each student must be aware of his or her responsibility during group discussions and assignments. Students will come to us with varying needs, experiences, objectives, and skill levels. Regardless of the size of their accomplishment, they must feel pleased with themselves.
