In 1998, Mr. Bhasker Reddy started his endeavour and after 20+ years of experience he is an Accounting Specialist as an educator who wants to bring transformation in the field of education. He is driven by the ideology to make education interactive, pressure less and Joyful.

We are focussed to provide holistic development to the student through our NextGen education. In my 17+ years of experience with various multinational companies across the world, a great percentage of professional success depends on a person’s confidence and personality. Aadhya Institution was established to bridge the gap and help students with business etiquette, negotiation skills, and effective communication through active learning methods. Indeed, learning is honored everywhere. It is always my endeavor to impart a lucid understanding of the subjects and to groom value-driven and knowledgeable individuals.

We aim to focus on each student by creating centers of knowledge and ensuring they form a community of knowledgeable people. Here, the student’s comfort is our priority. Innovation in teaching methodology is one such factor, which we have inculcated in our curriculum and practice the same on a daily basis. Also. Students undergo trainings to incorporate the beliefs and behaviour of how industry functions

We emphasize a lot on the practical aspects of learning and teaching. This helps improve the caliber of the students and acquire skills to be industry-ready. Additionally, we connect academics with industry, wherein final year students have to go through the training and internship program for 4-5 months so that they can understand the corporate culture and the beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company's employees and management interact and handle outside business transactions.

We give utmost importance to career goals and one-on-one counseling is taken up from the director to help students identify their interests and careers. A trusting classroom with mutual respect is a thriving classroom complete with active, engaging learning opportunities. Some teachers are more natural at building and sustaining positive relationships with their students than others. 

A good leader must have plans to achieve a goal

A leader should have a goal. To achieve the goal, he/she should have a proper plan to implement the same. The leader should understand the pathway of achieving the goal and guide the team during the whole scenario. Also, to be an effective leader, he/she should be a good team player as well.

The students are extremely gullible. They lose focus and get deviated in many ways. The biggest enemy of all is the use of social media in a non-productive way. They should have proper planning and monitor the progress regularly. Another aspect to achieve the goal is by maintaining a healthy relationship with the peer group. They should be in a company of people who put across challenges that helps them grow in all dimensions.
