Mr. PK Ghosh is the Chief Administrative Officer at IPS, Gwalior. He has more than 34 years of experience in the education sector and has been associated with the IPS Gwalior for the past 16 years. Earlier, he was associated with the international department agency in the Social Education Department and central govt sponsored training institute for 18 years.

What keeps you connected with the education sector?

“Passion for teaching and introduction of new technology keeps me connected with the education sector”

I have been associated with the education sector for more than 34 years. I like to learn new ideas each day and be involved in the system of development. Passion for teaching and introduction of new technology keeps me connected with the education sector. It’s been a pleasant experience to be part of this ever changing sector. 

What is your leadership philosophy?

“To fix all problems and guide students in the right path is my leadership philosophy”

My leadership perception is inspirational and encouraging. We fix problems and guide students through a right path. A leader must be someone who encourages and inspires people to do good things. They can emit a positive vibe among other members. 

How do you strategize key programs and plans for the marketing of your school?

“Conduct big hoardings, channel advertising based on the quality of campus”

My marketing perception depends on big hoardings, and channel advertising. It should be based on the quality of the institute. Students become ambassadors of the institute through campus. 

This should be the strategy of most campuses. Quality of service and product should be the key focus of campus.

What do you think is the University's top priority over the next 10 years?

“To provide internships, and help teachers to be more tech savvy”

We decided to provide good internships to students from the first year of education. Another aim is to help teachers to be more tech savvy. Our campus provides education for pupils in the best manner.

What do you like people to know about your institute they may not know?

“Quality education, fests, industry visits, and internships are available for pupils”

We built a picturesque campus for students. They get a chance to participate in sports and cultural fests along with quality education. Students should visit and see how well equipped they are on our campus. We are well equipped for our lab and facility.

What do you see as the greatest strengths of IPS College of Pharmacy?

“Students, Faculties and management are the greatest strengths of campus”

We make efforts against all odds in order to reach excellence. Our strengths are students, and faculties. Our campus is surrounded with beautiful scenic views and infrastructure is full of greenery. We tied up with various international bodies for the industry linked live projects for the students. 

What are the biggest challenges you see for higher education in general and for IPS college of pharmacy?

“To provide industrial technology and live projects for students on campus”

We are located in the outskirts of the city and students are comfortable on campus. We face some challenges in incorporating with industry. Students get live projects to avoid all challenges.
