What are your roles and responsibilities?

“Manage enrolment of new students for the campus, quality recruitment and solve queries of pupils”

We provide training to students for recruitment and a uniform approach available from our site for enrollment. My duty is to consider the problems of each student and solve them. Students get the chance to share feedback about classes on campus. Our campus gives engagement sessions and meaningful interactions among all members. 

How do you establish healthy relations with students and fellow faculty?

“Organize webinars, and internal sessions between students, parents and instructors on campus”

Students can talk about their hardships at any time inside the campus. We conduct seminars, mental development sessions and counseling for students. They can share any problem with faculties. Moreover, we organize internal sessions with instructors, students, and their parents concerning all areas. Webinars on coronavirus outbreaks are also interesting for students. 

How do you bring a practical approach to subjects as industry-oriented in Apex University, Jaipur?

“Provide industry visits, seminars, and add industry-related topics in subjects”

We decided to update the curriculum as per industry trends. Students get the chance to visit the industry and attend different programs. Seminars, workshops and case studies related to the industry are available to them every year. Linkedin courses are provided to students and we accept suggestions from experts on Linkedin to our modules. Group work, experiential learning, fieldwork, and market surveys are other activities for candidates. Other methods include Case-based teaching, data-based learning, and investigation to ensure practical knowledge.

How do you strategize the curriculum for the students?

“Mold students' abilities with up to date professional tools, mindset and through peer learning”

We believe to create a better tomorrow by working on the current situation. Our faculties mold pupils to face modern difficulties by updating professional tools, process mapping, and mindset. We support them to participate in contests and socialize with the environment to overcome difficulties. Peer learning enhances the confidence level of students and they get the opportunity to attend inter-departmental competitions with other institutions.

What are your views on the placements and higher education for students in Apex University, Jaipur?

A lot of pre and post-class learning environments are given to students through lecture capture solution technology and flipped films. Our placement team maintains industry connections and attracts various companies to campus. Training sessions, communication, technical analysis, company-specific workshops, and mock interviews are provided by the Corporate Resource Center. We work hard for students to achieve their career goals. 

How do you help students to cope with outside competition?

“Give workshops, hackathons, ideas, intercollege competitions and certification courses for students”

We provide guest lectures, expert seminars, certification courses, and industrial tours for student development. They can participate in short programs, workshops, hackathons, ideas and intercollege competitions to improve their knowledge of industry demands. A student's career goal also rises with internships. They get placements from prominent companies and secure their career. All courses enrich the employability skills of pupils to get a good job. 

Do you have any extracurricular activities to enhance the skills of the students to face real-world challenges?

“Develop leadership skills through the student-centered initiatives”

Our campus gives various extracurricular activities for students. The educational goal is to implement intellect, body, and spirit together. It increases social skills and builds healthy relationships among family or friends. Students can boost knowledge, leadership and soft skills through presentations and group discussions. 

What challenges do you face to uplift the quality of education at Apex University, Jaipur?

“Accessibility, affordability, appropriateness, and accountability are primary challenges for a campus”

Latest technological trends came into the education sector apart from traditional instruction. Higher education focuses on skill development and employability in a new socio-economic environment. It is mainly visible in professional and technical education. Accessibility, affordability, appropriateness, and accountability are the primary challenges in higher education in India. We are aware of these issues and built an academic system that delivers affordable quality education to the public. The education system will be restructured by implementing the New Education Policy.

What approaches do you bring to train students at Apex University, Jaipur?

“Update syllabus and impart modern research practices on campus”

Our curriculum deals with employability in public, private, and corporate sectors. One of the primary focuses is on International employment. We update the syllabus as per contemporary technological breakthroughs. New industry topics are given in the curriculum and impart modern research practices on campus. Students get the idea about Practical training sections along with solid theories to face outside problems. Employability rises by implementing certain instructional methods.
