Charushi Jain is an Assistant Professor at the Apex University, Jaipur. She did MBA and Qualified UGC Net. She is a Gold Medalist in Economics Hons from Rajasthan University. She has several years of experience in the education sector. 

What are your roles and responsibilities?

“To solve students' queries and keep the sessions active through activities”

My teaching subjects contain General management to Marketing. I try to keep the classes active by organizing various activities. It is my duty to solve students' query and explain it to them widely. 

How do you establish healthy relations with students and faculty?

“Help the students with challenging tasks and be available at any time”

Our faculties are available to students as per their needs and solve queries quickly. We develop a healthy bond with pupils through an empathetic approach to their personal issues. I always help them with any challenging tasks or jobs. 

How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects as industry-oriented?

“Try to link theory with real-life examples and be updated with the latest events”

My role is to link the theory with real-life practical examples. It assists students to attain different skills and be a good employer. I help pupils to know about real-world updates and stay connected with them. 

What are the best practices offered to students to attain necessary skills in Apex University, Jaipur? 

“Provide Group Discussion, seminars and workshops for students”

Our campus formulated management games, group discussions and seminars for pupils. They can increase communication skills through these interactions. Spoken sessions in classrooms make students enjoyable.

How do you strategize the curriculum for the students?

“Update syllabus and impart lesson plans in subjects for students”

All the theoretical concepts are accessed easily with lesson plans in subjects. We update the syllabus every year for students' growth. It is as per the industry demand and standards. 

What are your views on the placements and higher education for the students at Apex University, Jaipur?

“Provide placements and certification courses through LinkedIn for pupils”

Our university is tied up with Linkedin to get certification courses for students. It improves their skills and interests. They get placements in reputed firms and sharpen their talents. 

How do you help students to cope with the outside competition?

“Co-Curricular activities, skill sessions and debates are available for students”

We motivate pupils to attend skill development sessions. It consists of certificate courses, curricular activities and cultural fests. Spoken activities, group discussions and summer internships are also given to students to attain necessary skills. 

Do you have any extracurricular activities at Apex University, Jaipur to improve students' skills?

“College fest, Debate competitions, and Skill development sessions are given to candidates”

National level college fests are provided to students. They get the chance to participate in Debate competitions and Skill development sessions. The interactive sessions by industry experts improvise their knowledge level. 

What challenges do you face to uplift the education quality on campus?

“Lack of communication skills and covid effects are difficult period for the campus”

We can see the students' ignorance for studies after a covid period. Another challenge is a lack of communication skills. Classroom interactions assist in coping with students' skills. 

What is your vision for Apex University, Jaipur?

“Development of students and improvising the learning levels”

One of my visions is the development of Students' future. It is possible through Interactive sessions, Presentations, Spoken Activities, and Group discussions. We discuss world events and improvise learning lessons for pupils. 

How does the curriculum of college ensure the best industrial practice? 

“Design the syllabus and accept feedback from industry experts”

We formulate a curriculum as per the latest trends and practical learning methods. Our campus accepts feedback from industry experts and committees. It assists in reorganizing the syllabus and making students industry-ready. 

How does Apex University enhance the skills of the faculty as per industry standards? 

“Provide a Faculty Development Programme and award them with certificates”

Our teachers attend the Faculty Development Programme based on different topics. They can evaluate themselves with a lack of skills. We provide certificates to them by evaluating the performance level. 

What approaches do you bring apart from the curriculum to train students?

“Quizzes, Group Discussion, Spoken Activities and Presentations are available for students”

Our campus provides Quizes or answer question rounds for pupils. They get the opportunity to speak about various topics and develop presentations. It boosts their confidence level and communication skills.
