How do you help your student cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?

Every student has their own unique set of strengths and weaknesses. I encourage them to identify their strengths and work on improving them further.

Students should be encouraged to develop a growth mindset where they believe that they can learn and improve their skills through hard work and dedication. This mindset will help them stay motivated and keep pushing themselves to do better. Further, managing time effectively is key to success in any competitive environment. Encouraging the students to prioritize their tasks and work on the most important ones first.

Teamwork can help students learn from others and expand their knowledge and skills. Encouraging them to work in teams and participate in group projects. The pressure to compete can be irresistible for students, and they may experience stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. Providing emotional support and reassurance can help them cope with these feelings.
