He is a strong education professional with a PhD. in Management, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Operations and Marketing Management from Lovely Professional University. He also completed B.Tech(honors) in Mechanical Engineering with 11.5 years of experience in Teaching, General Administration, and Operations. He is an experienced Academician and administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. He is skilled in SPSS, R Programming, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Microsoft Office, and Administration. Dr. Amarjeet organized numerous seminars, FDPs, and workshops. Authored many research papers that have been published in IEEE, SCOPUS, and UGC-approved journals. He became editor reviewer for more than ten international and national journals. I would say that the key factors that keep me connected to the education sector are commitment to lifelong learning and dedication to helping others learn. I have always been i am interested in learning new things and sharing my knowledge with others. My belief is that education is the key to unlocking human potential. I am also passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. We believe that education is one of the most powerful tools for making positive change in the world.


What is your philosophy of leadership and describe your leadership style in Pyramid College of Business and Technology?

“To inspire people and empower them to achieve goals”

My philosophy of leadership is about inspiring people to be the best and empowering them to achieve their goals. I strongly believe that every individual has the potential to be a leader in their own right. It is my job as a leader to help them realize that potential. I see my role as one of enabling people to reach their full potential, and I strive to create an environment in which everyone can flourish. My leadership style could best be described as democratic. I believe that it is important to consult with others and take their views into account when making decisions. However, at the end of the day, it is up to me to make the final call. I am also a very hands-on leader and like to be closely involved in all aspects of the work that I do. The education sector is a vital part of society. I feel a great sense of responsibility to provide the best possible education for our young people. I am passionate about education and firmly believe that it has the power to transform lives. I am also committed to the principle of lifelong learning, and believe that it is never too late to learn new things.


How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of Pyramid College of Business and Technology?

“Develop a comprehensive marketing plan containing digital and traditional methods”

There are a few key things to consider when strategizing about marketing and administration for a college or university. First, it is important to identify the school's target audience and craft messaging that resonates with them. “Offer more resources and opportunities to economically background students”

Our College could be more affordable for students of different economic backgrounds. The school could also be more culturally competent by offering more resources for students of different racial backgrounds.


What do you think your roles and responsibilities are to the Pyramid College of Business and Technology and students?

“Provide relevant education and develop knowledge of students”

My roles and responsibilities to the College are to provide an education that is both rigorous and relevant to the real world. I also have a responsibility to provide an education that is affordable and accessible to all students. My responsibilities to students is to help them develop knowledge, skills, and values that they need to be successful in their chosen field of study. I also have a responsibility to help students develop the ability to think critically and to communicate effectively.


What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education in general and University specifically?

“Increased tuition cost, student debt and low job offers are the greatest challenges faced by education generally”

Some of the biggest challenges for higher education in general include the increasing cost of tuition, the increasing amount of student debt, etc. Another one is the decreasing number of jobs available after graduation.


Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

“Start practicing, make a clear goal and step into your career”

I would like to suggest the aspiring students to be very clear with the basic concepts. Make sure they have a very good grip on the mathematical part and to start practicing the numerical very early. Because, as we all know, practice makes a man perfect.
