How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your University?

“Our team is efficient to produce effective marketing campaign”

For almost two decades since I have been in promoting quality education, the pattern of marketing has also witnessed a paradigm shift. When engineering courses were in the boom, the other disciplines needed concentrated effort. During the last half a decade or so, engineering no more is the most sought after one; thus, the action is now focussed on it. With the pandemic situation, a novel challenge comes up in digital marketing. I want to mention my admission team's effort in the transition and their hard work to ensure the mandated seats are taken up.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your University?

“Students can experience the practices by opting for electives to get a cutting edge”

Madhyanchal Professional University has ensured to concentrate on rural development. Therefore, our curriculum, as well as practical training, is centric towards the same. Many of our agricultural practices have proved more effective than modern ones. We have introduced many interdisciplinary courses for the same. Inbound students, be it for engineering, management or agriculture can opt for these specific courses and electives to apprise themselves of such traditional practices and get an edge.

How does the curriculum of Madhyanchal Professional University ensure the best practice of industry?

Regular industrial and field visits are instrumental in giving the students the much-needed exposure to contemporary practice. There is constant effort to organise guest lectures from industries so that the students know of the trends prevalent in the professional world.

Any insights into how your University could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“We always welcome talents keen in acquiring education irrespective of their background”

Our marketing team promotes admission in isolated, rural areas where children are devoid of quality education. Such students when they mingle with urban bred students, a cosmopolitan way of the atmosphere is developed, and both sides get to know the other. A robust system of mentorship is used to see that any problems faced while adjusting to a new environment is amicably ironed out.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the college and the students are?

“To ensure quality education and students who are industry ready”

We want to focus and provide the framework of quality education that not only academic but co-curricular activities are also part of the learning process. Programs and events are held at common interest where the students display their other interests which they teach as a hobby.

What do you think should be the college’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“The NEP will ensure a smooth transition towards new learning opportunities”

The next ten years would see a lot of multi and interdisciplinary courses to be introduced. Ensuring the implementation of the new National Education Policy 2020 will be a pivotal aspect. It will iron out the teething problems and smooth functioning of the same.

The greatest strength of Madhyanchal Professional University is the combination of quality education and constant change with the ever-changing world. Our dedicated teaching staff, coupled with an equally competent administrative wing ensures smooth functioning, so maximum concentration is on Student welfare and development.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Students should focus on their holistic development”

I would always suggest that the students should give more than the centum effort in the acquisition of knowledge. They should maintain and develop a routine and discipline in such a manner that no one needs to force it on them. They should also give equal importance to the pursuance of a hobby. Last but not least, to learn as many skills related to their stream, this makes them a desirable candidate for the industry.

What are some plans that you’re currently designing for Madhyanchal Professional University?

“The focus is to refine the quality research on the campus”

Currently, my plan is to concentrate more on quality research on the campus. To strengthen our recently inaugurated Incubation Centre and invite budding ideas to flourish which serve not only as breakthroughs but are helpful to the human race and environment.
