What interests you to work for the education sector and how has your experience been working as the chairman of such a big Organization?

“Dedication and Passion to acquire Experience and Interest”

I am a dedicated, creative, and enthusiastic person and this transforming education sector demands it all. In this sector, there is a flow of knowledge which is a person’s creativity to do so. My experience so far is pretty good and a bit challenging. In these 13 years, I have to think regularly about the improvement of students and staff every day.

Being a chairman of the Aryan group of colleges, what are your views on online education?

“The online shift to education system has both the sides to be managed for betterment”

Due to this covid-19 pandemic, there is an entire shift in the education system towards online mode; my opinion is that there are strengths and weaknesses both in online education. The online format allows a dynamic interaction between instructor and student and we have plenty of resources to get knowledge from and it is also a type of creative teaching as teachers are using PowerPoint presentations and other resources to interact with students. So everything here is student-centered. But on the other hand, the lack of access to technology for the students in rural and underdeveloped areas is a big push back since they do not have good connectivity.

How have you planned to adapt to this change in education from the classroom to online? How was your journey to train the teachers who were not so tech-savvy?

“By accepting the hurdles and balancing it with the foremost solution for students’ career”

It was a bit challenging for us initially to shift from classroom to online medium of teaching. Everybody has to be tech-savvy to use the online platforms for imparting knowledge and our young and technologically advanced teachers have set up a lot of interactive training sessions for the senior teachers so that everybody can come on the same page for the benefit of students. So this is how we managed to make a shift from traditional methods of teaching to new methods for creating more personalized and self-directed experiences for students.

Any specific course that Aryans group of colleges offers that not many students know, but serves to be very efficient in today's time?

“With the greatest importance of medical, the aspect of this course should expand”

We are running 8 different colleges and their spread over 21 acres of lush green campus. We have Law, Engineering, Management, Agriculture, Nursing, and Pharma polytechnic programs here. I have experienced that Nursing and Pharmacy related courses are very crucial and have played an important role in these tough times of covid-19 and I believe that based on today's situation, more and more opportunities in the nursing and Pharma sector will arise and students will get better career options in this domain & they will be committed & serving to society as well.

“Stay determined and work hard for what you desire and accomplish success”

Students should be dedicated and focused on their studies and as this modern era is challenging, one should challenge himself or herself. Risk should be taken with the proper vision and at the same time, one should face off the fear. Always believe in yourself, stay up to date, and remember it's never too late to start.
