What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style ?

Effective leaders make wise decisions by assessing the situations around them

I firmly believe a leadership philosophy is a set of beliefs and principles which helps to evaluate information and respond to people and situations. It allows you to gain an understanding of values, priorities, approach to decision making, and what you expect from yourself and others. As per my opinion, a good leader uses all three styles i.e. autocratic, democratic, and delegative, depending on what forces are involved between the followers, the leader, and the situation.

What can a student experience and learn by studying at your institute?

We provide a learning environment which transfers values and traditions in the students

As an educationist, I have always strived for perfection in each and every function associated with me. To summarize, I can outline few of the major responsibilities that I am assigned to responsible for:

  1. Administrative functions: Coordinating the development and implementing the University’s vision and goals statement.
  2. Departmental functions: Putting efforts toward achieving University’s goals.
  3. Bridging the gap between the Industry and academia.
  4. Managing the operational affairs of the University.

What are some challenges you see that the education sector is currently facing and how we can overcome it?

However, change is impossible without learning.
