Dr. Shyam Anand Jhais working as Professor In-charge of L.N. Mishra College of Business Management, Muzaffarpur since 2014. He has an esteemed profile as admission counsellor, examination controller and member of academic council for a number of prestigious organizations and universities in the state. What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

I believe every service for the benefit of the society is a service to the nation. 

How would you describe your leadership style?

“Empowering and encouraging youngers to know better”

Leadership is not a position, it's a responsibility. As a leader you must take responsibility and trust the intentions of each and every member and their decision for your team. Help them enroll for good cause, show faith in their actions and encourage them to learn and grow freely without any pressure.

How do you plan the marketing of your college?

“Digital Activity and Media Management”

This is the era of online marketing and advertising. Digital Marketing through social media platforms, online websites, blogs and contents is a trend nowadays. Most of our students are from local domains and nearby regions, so we do marketing as per the needs and requirements. We also collaborate with popular research domains for advertising and media management of our college. Also, we have a strong alumni base that speaks for us and promotes us in an organic way. 

How does the curriculum of your University ensure the best practice of industry?

“Proceed further with hard work and practical skills”

In collaboration with many Business Industries, we ensure good practical knowledge and experience for our students. We organize regular workshops, Conferences, Industrial visits, Mock Interview sessions, Vocational Training and Skill Enhancement Programs, Personality Development sessions for holistic development of our students and faculty as well. 

What do you think should be the College’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Better facilities with good academic environment”

Good, healthy atmosphere is essential for the growth and good personality development of an individual. Good Facilities along with adequate resources are necessary for learning and teaching. Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“Follow the right path and never lose hope”

Students are nowadays more ambitious and determined to achieve their goals. Sometimes, they follow some raw, immature paths to fulfill their wishes in a short time, that may be dangerous and unethical. Follow your dreams but make sure to create a right pathway for that. Keep faith and trust in your actions and always hope for the best.
