What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students in Narayana Business School?

“To provide jobs for pupils through campus placements and fulfill their dreams”

I always maintain close communication with the authorities, and negotiate with them for placements. We develop a strong understanding of the current market. It assists us to know about the latest job trends for the placements every year. My role is to think about getting an entire batch placed on each year. We approaching dream companies of students to get best packages and profiles.


What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To coach and build a team with good communication skills”

Leadership is about motivating and inspiring people at all times under any circumstances. My leadership philosophy is to coach and build a team. We are able to achieve the desired Goal by working together. A good leader possesses interpersonal communication skills in an effective way.

How do you strategize about the key programs for the marketing of campus?

“Highlight campus placements and branding through social media platforms to reach out to a large audience”

One of the crucial parts for campus branding is placements. It directly impacts the intake of the next batch. We focus on bringing placements from the best companies to campus. The placements of the existing students are highlighted through various social media platforms, like LinkedIn, Instagram Marketing, etc.


What do you like people to know about your college they may not know?

“Clubs, commitess, events and curricular activities are available to students from the campus"

We maintain a healthy relationship between students and faculties in the name of the Mentor-Mentee Program. It is one of the USP of the college. Students can participate in clubs or committees to organize events and activities around the year. They can improve their skills through co-curricular or extracurricular activities including all festivities & cultural programs.

We organise programs like Team Build and clubs activities through various events. All these are managed by students from the start to the end. They will learn the practical management approach. Students are continuously working and managing the events of the college.
