What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To be an active participant and motivator towards all the team members”

I would describe my leadership style as direct, straightforward, and humanitarian by approach. As a leader, I am actively involved in all the tasks and operations. For me, leadership is ‘listen to all, but do best by what your inner voice tells.’

What can an inbound student gain from studying here in your College?

A 360-degree approach towards education and academic programs”

Ours is the only self-financed institute affiliated to maharaja Krishakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University recognized by UGC 2(f) and accredited Grade B+ by NAAC in the second cycle. We foresee the world into which our students are going to step into and offer them a plethora of value-added programmes. These include add-on courses, online and offline certificate courses from varied departments for their holistic development.

How does your institute welcome students of different socio-economic backgrounds?

“Private and government scholarships for meritorious students”

In education, we treat everyone equally irrespective of their race or economic background. We provide scholarships to our students other than the government-mandated ones. Vidya Lakshmi and Vidya Ratna Scholarships are offered to the students in need. We ensure that equal opportunities are presented to all.

“A need to enhance the placement opportunities for the students”

The biggest challenge for higher education is providing employment to youth. More vocational courses and entrepreneurship programs are the need of the hour. Also, enrolling female students in higher education institutes is an essential factor.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your College?

“By facilitating clear communication and grievance redressal programs”

Relationships are the positive connections between students, faculty members and management in the institution. These foster positive social interactions and establish a nurturing environment of trust and support. Clear communication and effective pedagogies also create a big difference.
