Experience in the education industry

I have been associated with the education industry from the past 20 years, and it has been a satisfactory experience. All the stakeholders of this industry are young and enthusiastic, which provide me immense energy to work tirelessly. According to me, it is the best industry to work in because we get to shape the future and career of young aspirants.

Education forms the basis of all the sectors

It is a known fact that education sector serves as a base to other sectors. If the students are skilful, other industries will progress automatically. Both teachers and students play an essential role in building up the future of the country. Every individual is required to acquire basic knowledge and skills to help in the country's growth, be it economically or socially.

Challenges are an opportunity for Dr. Nanoty

Madhuben & Bhanubhai Institute was initially a girl only institution when I first joined it. The management decided to empower the female students by converting it into a co-education institution. This task was quite challenging and tiresome due to all the paperwork that was done. Apart from this, I have also been involved in transforming the work culture of the Institute. Despite all these hardships, I look at every challenge as a new opportunity to help reach the Institute on a global level.

An ideal school environment ensures 360-degree development and growth of all students. It should facilitate the potential and talents of the students as well as faculty members. To promote collaboration among the students, we motivate them to participate in extracurricular activities. It is also necessary to imbibe moral and ethical behavior among students. Being a technical education, we try to maintain a proper balance between academics and moral ethics.

Gujarat Technological University is the guiding force behind our curriculum designing. However, our institute is personally in touch with all the reputed industries and organizations. To provide the students with proper exposure, we have developed Industry-Institute Interaction Cell. It is continuously striving to organize Internships, Industry visits, Expert talks for the students.

To talk about recent developments, MBIT is also planning to hold “Technoquest” in collaboration with L&T. Also, the Training and Placement team is working hard to provide training and skills to make the students Industry-ready.

We are aiming to develop it in a dream institute for every student. To achieve the same, the insitute will organize tie-ups with various reputed foreign universities.

Advice to the young generations

Dear students

We all have used pencil when we started writing. A pencil maker was packing the pencils and while packing he was giving important tips to each pencil, which I feel applicable to all of us, as we all are learners. Pencil maker was telling

  • Hey Pencil, serve the purpose of your life i.e. writing till the end
  • Write something, which will be useful to the Society.
  • For writing, you will be put into someone's hands- in our case, it's our Guru, who nurture our future.
  • To serve the purpose of writing, you will have to sharpen your skills at regular intervals, Sharpening may be painful at times, but it is required; we must be updated always.
  • Most important point- whatever you write may be erased, so be flexible to face changes and challenges.
