What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Students and their young mindset keeps me connected to this sector”

Education caters to the holistic development of an individual. As it is a dynamic field, it gives tremendous exposure to creativity and innovation. The motivating factor for being entangled with this field for years together is my students who pour life in living.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“The best of Democratic and Situational leadership”

I believe in the thought, “As the leader, so are the followers”. Therefore I have always tried to preach through my actions rather than instructions. I adhere to the Democratic style of leadership as a whole so that employees are liable for their responsibility. Secondly, as per the situation, I implement the situational style of leadership.

How does the curriculum of “Keystone College of Engineering '' ensure the best practice of the industry?

“Exposure and adequate resources for a practical approach”

I ensure that the application of the curriculum is practical oriented and student-friendly. Since the inception of the institute, I have been collaborating with many industries from various fields. Industry connections have made it easy for students to comprehend practical aspects of the industry. Exposure to appropriate infrastructure design and available resources enhances the practical learning process.

What would you like people to know about your university they may not know?

“Catering to each student and helping them grow”

The student’s journey begins with Keystone as a student and we hold his/her hand till final destination – Working Professional. Keystone endeavors for personal and professional growth and development of every student. Teachers not only teach the curriculum but also help them develop as a responsible citizen.

What do you see as Keystone College of Engineering’s greatest strengths?

“Teachers are the backbone that shape the young minds”

Teachers are the strength of the institute and always be. They are interconnected to the students and guide them in all facets of life and face future challenges assertively.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Make sure you are not average at what you choose to pursue”

Dear student, Do whatever you like. Don’t get carried away with peer groups or wishes of your parents. But whatever you choose as a career, you should prove to be the best.

What are some plans that you are currently designing for your college and students?

“To boost entrepreneurship, industry interaction”

Keystone School of Engineering is establishing a center of Excellence catering cutting edge technology including Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Machine Learning, IoT, Mechatronics. We are committed to having more adjunct faculty members having rich experience in industry and profession. We are going to start an Incubation Centre to promote startup India Research and Patents.
