Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)

Anuj Sharma: “Group discussion was done in online mode there were 5 members in my group and yes everyone did not get three chance to speak. There were 2 moderators available. And the GD section happened very hard.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Anuj Sharma: “My group was asked to comment on the role of welfare schemes in employees performance.”

What were your answers/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Anuj Sharma: “My answer included some points like

Welfare schemes develop loyalty towards the company. It saves the employee time which improves his performance.”

Describe the general setting of your Interview.

Anuj Sharma: “In My interview, there were 5 panellists 1 were faculty and the other 4 were guest faculty or industry experts. The interview lasted for approx 10 minutes. It was conducted through online mode. And it was very smooth and easy.” Check SMVDU Admission Process
