How would you describe your leadership style?
“Minimizing Litigations and effective administration of mission”
I prefer absolute fairness and impartiality in dealing with persons and issues, thereby allowing complete respect and recognition to each individual’s consent. I intend to create effective academic and administrative functions with the highest level of competence, integrity, ethics and morals that represent the vibrant face of the university internationally.
How does the curriculum of your University ensure the best practice of industry?

The SSU curriculum is mainly focused on taking the lead in preparing the students to succeed globally in competitive business and professional careers with strong personal integrity. What are the biggest challenges you see for higher education?

With much advancement in research and technology, we need innovative methodologies in teaching and learning as well to impart quality education that is affordable to all. We need better systems and policies, application of advanced technology and quality improvement programmes to ensure a flair and good learning & teaching atmosphere for our students and staff.
What is your vision for education?

Education is common to all. No one has a more or less right to education. It has the power to abolish the differences of rich & poor, lower & upper castes, big & small. Education shares only one culture - knowledge - that is diverse in itself to establish a whole new perspective of life regardless from those created by our society.
