What is your leadership philosophy?

"A true leader knows how to develop and lead a team"

I strongly believe that one should have his/her future objective in place, then only one can lead others and become a leader. A true leader has a plan in place to develop the technical and cultural skills of his team for their continuous growth and bright future. Leadership should be universal, inclusive and capable enough to deal with the young generation.

What are some of the plans that you are currently designing for the students?

"We are working on upgrading our curriculum and programs it will offer"

We are currently working on developing a curriculum that can accommodate the current scenario, ever-changing industry demands and students' needs so that they can think out-of-the-box ideas to solve some real-world issues. And also, it does not violate basic concepts. We are also analyzing current industry trends to include the latest training like data analytics and data management etc.

How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your college?

"Through crystal clear communication and friendly ambiance"

We offer a friendly environment to all our students as we are here for their development. And we also conduct open communication events, where students' issues and queries are addressed on an individual basis and their resolution is given as soon as possible. Every faculty in the college is always approachable to the students and this in turn ensures a cordial environment in college.

What are the challenges that you are facing to uplift the quality of education of your college?

"Enhancing students learning skills after this pandemic is a major challenge"

Because of the pandemic situation, health issues and gender issues have arisen. Also, students come directly from school to pursue their dreams with us, and many of them face challenges in adjusting with the newer environment as they are not mature enough to make their own decision with respect to courses or training, so this is another difficulty for us.

How Covid has impacted students and their learning capabilities?

"It has deteriorated students' basic skills and concepts of subjects"

Because of the pandemic situation, we are all facing a situation where the students are lacking many skills, in which they were doing well earlier. They also are not inclined towards attending offline classes, so we are seeing that they are lacking the understanding of even the basic concepts. Definitely, if it goes like this, the students will have to see the other sources to develop themselves.

Which scopes are available in the future for students if they join the mathematics department?

"Opportunities are abundant, only if you are skilled enough"

We are teaching our students the concepts of mathematics and simultaneously providing them the platform where they can do the research and analysis on their own for the further application of mathematical concepts. We are inculcating the right knowledge and concepts in them and giving them awareness about what are the application parts so that they can concentrate in their real life and also the engineering field. If I talk about opportunities, those are limitless if you are skilled enough.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"I get to learn something new everyday"

While teaching, I make my students understand the conceptual part as well as the application part. As understanding the practical scenarios is very crucial, otherwise, they will lack the sense to apply their knowledge to solve real-world issues. And through this learning journey, my knowledge and skills get expanded as I have to connect with students having different mindsets, and this is the main reason which keeps me connected with the education sector.
