My penchant for teaching and passion for administration keeps me motivated

I feel fortunate to be a part of the educational field. I have worked in various positions, both as a technical teacher and as an administrator in this sector. It is my passion for this sector that led me to take an opportunity. I love to be around students when they are growing into great citizens of India, and I always contribute to their growth.

I analyse and assess the situation to make sure that everything is driven in a positive direction

I believe in leading by example. I am an engineer myself and know exactly the challenges faced by students in their 4 years course. I connect to them very well as an Alumni, and they look up to me to guide them. It not only helps me to get insights of the ongoing scenario in the institute, but helps me to make things better in a lot many ways. Every educator and administrator plays a part in leading tomorrow’s future. It is about taking responsibility for meeting the objectives of the institute and inspiring the team towards their goals. I assure that all members of my team are well experienced and fulfil their assignment.

It is imperative to develop skill sets continuously to rise up to the challenges that changes every day

Developing the human resources on a continual basis is very important for an institution to rise up to the challenges that changes in industry and economy pose, and to sustain amidst competition with relevance to current needs. The institutions should make sure more and more students get placed in the companies every year with a good salary package.

Students should take advice from experienced professionals before taking a career decision

Talk to your heart and choose a career path by learning from your seniors. Commit yourself to excel in it. Don’t look for immediate security. Don’t look for shortcuts. Remember that you are a member of society first, and then a professional. I believe patience is one thing that the new generation lacks. I advise them to choose their career after analyzing, researching and consulting the experienced individual and then select a perfect path. In this rat race and a desperate need for the youth to be recognized and appreciated in social media and other circles, they have damaged their physical and mental health. There is a high chance that they will burn out soon and cannot live a happy and healthy long life. I suggest them not forget their roots.
