“A decentralized approach and allowing free flow of various ideas”

I believe in participative leadership. Hence, all the stakeholders are taken into confidence while strategizing, and its implementation. There are conclaves with management members, weekly college council meetings and student meetings. These facilitate the implementation of new initiatives in the Institute. Stakeholders’ suggestions are taken seriously for the institute’s growth.
