Rishi Chawla: “General (No reservation)”

Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Rishi Chawla: “There were around 10 member per group in GD. The GD was offline. There were 2 moderators. Prior to the start of GD, 2 minutes were given to think about the topic. Total time for GD was around 10 minutes. Reading about current affairs and some general knowledge can help one sail through the GD round.

WAT was also in offline mode. The time was around 10 mins. Time to think was around 1-2 mins. There is no prep strategy for WAT.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Rishi Chawla: "GD topic was around digitalization.”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Rishi Chawla: “In GD, I stated some facts around demonetization and around UPI apps and number of transactions and also around fastag.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Rishi Chawla: “Personal Interview was in offline mode. The duration was around 20 minutes. It was not a stress interview. The panel was of 2 people, one faculty and one industry expert(alumni).One should know about all the things written in his/her CV.”

A) I learnt about investing in stock markets.

2) How mutual funds are different from equity markets?

A) In mutual funds the risk is diversified.

3) Why MBA in Business Analytics?

A) As industry has realized the power of data, having the right time and opportunity to get into this field is what makes me to pursue MBA in Business Analytics.

4) Which are the other colleges you have applied?

A) SIIB, SIBM B

5) Describe your work experience

A) It involved onsite and in lab testing and calibration of instrument transformers along with customer interaction and making of reports. Other tasks include development of new test facility and maintaining the quality documents.”
