Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Riddhesh Sakpal: “GD was online due to the pandemic. There are a total 5 members in the group. Everyone got a chance to speak but I was the one who started the discussion. There are two moderators. Both are looking above 50 and both are quite looking serious regarding discussion just like army officers. The time for GD is 25 minutes. First 5 minutes for overview of GD topic and note-down the own points for putting opinion during discussion and the next 15 minutes for discussion and last 5 minutes for concluding the topic. My GD topic was " Whether electrical mobility should comes to India earlier or not". Starting phase of GD was soft but with the time it seems to be agressive.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Riddhesh Sakpal: "Whether the electrical mobility comes to India earlier or not".”

What were your answers/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Riddhesh Sakpal: “1) Talking about current infrastructure in india and it's issues with electrical mobility

3) The people knowledge regarding sustainable development in india.

4) safety issues regarding electrical vehicles.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Riddhesh Sakpal: “There are 2 members in each panel. I don't have any idea about the total number of panels. In my panel both were faculty members. But, yes SCMHRD even invites people from industry every year. Mode of the interview is online. In my case the duration of the interview is 20- 25 minutes. When it comes to my academics I felt some pressure.

The tips I want to put that,

1) Always speak confidentially, articulately

2) Never try to say lie. Because every interviewer has wide & unique experience and it's enough to judge the person who seat infront of them.

3) Always updated regarding current affairs (Related upto the contry not need to go beyond that).”
