Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Darshana Rajhans: “WAT/GD was conducted in Offline mode. We were given 30 mins to write WAT. Two topics- one on picture-based and the other was a topic. We had around 30 students in the hall and three invigilators. * Think out of the box for the WAT and utilise the paper given completely.

For GD: 7 students with 2 invigilators. 1st round had a common topic 2 mins to think and 10 mins to discuss. we were allotted numbers and the invigilator would call the number who had to speak. In the case of the 2nd round, we were given 9 topics. We had to choose any 8 and create a related story out of it. the topic was based on news and current affairs.

* Don’t let the other speak for more than one minute. interrupt if required. *Give chances to the ones who dint speak at all * Use data+basic knowledge(alert minded) for few points that you present”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Darshana Rajhans: "

WAT:

1. Sector-wise investment and increase in govt spending beneficial to the country. Give your opinion.

2. Two pics- one of a girl with a fox's head and one of the electronics burying books. We had to make a story using both images.

GE Topic:

1. Pro and cons of EVs

2. Gave us 7 news headlines and asked to pick 4, first individually, then as a group.”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Darshana Rajhans: “I was most imaginative. I first thought what is the basic understanding of the picture. Then I went on adding my imagination to the next level. What others would not have thought of, that’s what I penned down in my essay.

For GD most of them were repeating points, so I made sure to be the leader and give them directions based on PESTLE analysis”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Darshana Rajhans: “PI was in a room with 2 panellists. One was an alumnus and a professor. Both being from HR background, they played around with general questions. Offline mode. The interview was for 45 mins. I had no stress interview. It was a casual talk.

*My panellist and I shared the same mother tongue. But I made sure to reply to him in English even if he spoke in the native language.

* I took my cause time 10 secs to answer difficult questions like where my opinions actually created an impression”
