Ms. Tarun Sahni is a HOD of the Shri Atmanand Jain Institute of Management Technology, Ambala. She is associated with the Institute as Assistant Professor for the last more than 14 years in teaching. She graduated in Commerce, Post Graduation (MBA) with specialization in HR and Marketing. She also cleared UGC-NET in Management and accomplished Innovation Ambassador Training Foundation Level conducted by MoE’s Innovation Cell and AICTE. Ms. Tarun Sahni published and presented many Research Papers in National Seminars. She also attended many National and International Conferences in different areas including ATAL FDPs. Doing an MBA and BBA is not a piece of cake. Our business schools ensure that students get adequate support to successfully complete the program. Students are not so open to learning new things. It is very difficult to make them ready to pursue MBA and BBA. We face hard to get them adjusted to a new hard environment of Business School and Working in a team. Many students keep them away being the part of networking and Socializing.

Students are from different backgrounds in studies and personal areas. So, due to all these constraints it's difficult to inculcate the program in our curriculum.
