What keeps you connected with the education sector?

“The joy of nurturing excellence and spirit in youths”

Teaching gives me the opportunity to have a positive impact on young minds every single day. It provides me immense pleasure and a way forward to make a difference for the upliftment of society. I always try to expand students' limits and push their creativity to a new level so that they are able to achieve new heights in career and life.

How does the curriculum of your institute ensure the best practice of the industry?

“Regular practical exposure and training internships”

The curriculum of our institute is regularly updated according to industrial requirements. In addition to theory syllabus, we also conduct value added courses by experts, skill based workshops, and Industrial visits to help students to get industrial exposure and practical alignments. We arrange counselling sessions on a regular basis for students to aid them with a positive mindset and have tie ups with a number of foreign universities which keeps us up-to-date with the global educational system. We encourage and provide internship programs to our students with on campus high tech laboratories having advanced computers and equipment offering practical hands-on experience.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

“Motivation and responsibility towards society”

Motivating students to develop among themselves a sense of social and civic responsibility and utilise their knowledge in finding practical solutions to individual and community problems is our prime role. We attenuate students to create social awareness and organize various training programmes to encourage them for better understanding of different aspects of society.

What do you think should be the Institute's top priority over the next 10 years?

“Technical upgradation and skill management at global level”

We aspire to develop different technologies and design local temporary ventures to give students a brief of the market and industrial workplace. We aim at supporting students in their entrepreneurial ventures by providing resources, innovative programs and opportunities to connect with mentors and investors. This leads to create awareness about self employment schemes and encouragement for a global educational network.

What do you think are the challenges for higher education?

“Reformulation of higher education with better technology”

Along with ensuring quality education and proper guidance professionally and socially, we also need certain infrastructural and technical changes that lead to reformation in the education sector of our country. We must ensure high enrolment rate, proper facilitation of quality infrastructure and adequate research requirements and innovative environment to prosper as a better education hub for students internationally.
