What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?
"This sector offers a great opportunity to influence, guide, and nurture young minds"
In the teaching sector, you get a chance to shape the life of aspiring students. It is a great opportunity to influence their career and make efforts for their development and betterment. Perhaps teaching is the only profession that stands out from the rest in facilitating you to interact with human beings of tender age.
What is your philosophy of leadership?
“Leadership comes from a strong presence of mind, flexibility, and wit"
We reinforce the importance of leadership, integrity, safety, innovation and excellence in all that we do. Our stakeholders expect these values in our graduates. To facilitate this culture, the college provides support to its departments, faculty and staff as they deliver world-class education. A leader must have good listening capabilities and should be future-focused.

What do you think your responsibilities to the Institute and the students are?
“To be a great role model by demonstrating hard work and perseverance"
According to my beliefs, Departmental Heads are the strong pillars of any education system. My roles include, but are not limited to:
- I provide instruction and support at some level which facilitates the participation of students in various fields.
- I ensure that the syllabus caters to all students equally. Special attention is paid to those with learning difficulties.
- Teaching everyone to collaborate with other stakeholders.
What do you see as MSSCOET’s greatest strengths?
“An excellent pool of qualified faculty and dedicated administration”
The institute is running since 2002 and has been thriving for almost 20 years. Teaching, placements, academic best practices and faculty are our greatest strengths. Along with this, our management always pays attention to underprivileged students and their academic needs. Our management gives strong economical support to them in form of financial support.
What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?
"There is a need for more courses to be included in undergraduate and graduate studies"
Over the next 10 years, we aim to focus on the development in the Research area and increasing courses. Collaboration and MoU’s should be signed with industries and other universities Nationally and Internationally to expand the pedagogy. There is a need to extend the infrastructure as per the needs of the future and to bring in more companies for placement.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?
“Dedicate yourself to being disciplined in your approach and consistent in your actions”
I strongly believe that investment in knowledge pays the best interest. In this current pandemic situation, the world is changing at an unprecedented pace. To survive in this state of affairs, students should intensify their knowledge base and adaptability in attending online classes.
Presently, the companies are demanding only skilled individuals from a large pool of graduates. Therefore, it is very important to have an excellent skill set while passing your degree.
