With a rich experience of more than 18+ years in academics, research, teaching, training & consultancy, Dr.N.Satyanarayana is actively involved in guiding and performing research on various facets of Technologies. He is a hard core academician who believes in powerful learning which transforms the students into practically skilled serviceable engineers. Dr.N.Satyanarayana has more than 20 years of experience in teaching & administration and in the field. As a resolute educationalist, he has endeavored to publish text books and research papers which outline his educational tendencies. He is a paragon of energy, enthusiasm, productiveness, competence whose intellectual ability and propriety go all the way in nurturing the students and faculty members to create a collaborative partnership. Education sector is a service sector which is more respectful in the community that aids in producing good citizens. This is a pavement wherein there is a scope for job satisfaction, security and self-satisfaction. Also, cultivates good and value culture among the employees. 


Being the Principal of Lingayas Institute of Management & Technology, what is your philosophy of leadership and describe your leadership style?

"To motivate students through all aspects is my leadership style"

Leadership is a quality that comes within and varies with respect to all. My style of working lies in motivating the students throughout all the aspects. I also believe in motivating all my employees to work for the organization to achieve common goals that glorify the name of the organization. This paves a solid path for the students to choose our organization in their education career.


Being the Principal of Lingayas Institute of Management & Technology, how do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your college?

"Conduct labs, proctorial committee, and technical events on campus"

Planning and executing the administration activities through the hierarchy and through administrative offices. We create the helpdesk to solve the academic issues of the students within the time frame of complaint. Proctorial committee is also formed in our institute to solve the student issues and discipline issues. We are conducting the labs regularly making them exposed to the practical aspects of the discipline, and organize technical events regularly. It aids in taking the college name to the community and generating interest among the students 


The education systems in India and other foreign countries are structured very differently. In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your university?

"Organize parent meetings, technical events and other competitions on campus"

Even the way education is being imparted also varies from institution to institution. In our organization, students come from rural backgrounds. Farmers background as well as some from urban areas. We regularly counsel our students to figure out the issues they are facing both academically and personally and address them. We conduct parent meetings to maintain transparency. As and when necessary, we conduct the technical events to tap the inner talents and expose them to the contemporary skills via both intra and inter college competitions. Even, our final year project work follows publishing in international journals, which enhance their career goals.


How does the curriculum of Lingayas Institute of Management & Technology ensure the best practice of industry?

"Internships, industrial visits and projects are provided to the students"

The curriculum we follow in our institution is as per the JNTUK. However, we regularly conduct industrial visits, construction site visits and encourage our students to get involved in internships activities. We encourage students to take up final year projects in line with Industries.

Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

"Provide concessions for merit students and few reimbursement"

We run the college mostly with fee reimbursement given by the state Govt. In addition, our institute encourages the students with merit but poor background by waving off them with college fees and giving concessions in their fees.


What do you think your roles and responsibilities are to the University and students?

"Impart education value, social responsibility and good relations on campus"

Our institute believes in imparting value education, which motivates the students towards a focused career. We inculcate them with social responsibility, and maintain good relations with parents.


What do you think should be the Institute top priority over the next 10 years?

"Overall development of students and campus are our top priority"

We think about the overall development of the organization. It caters to the needs of students and is in a position that automatically motivates the students to choose our institute as a destination for their study career. We wish all of our students well settled in different positions and pursue abroad studies.


When you first came to Lingayas Institute of Management & Technology, what was your vision for the university?

"To cater the campus to the next level is my primary vision"

When I came to Lingayas, I observed that this institute is bestowed with a well defined vision and mission. Therefore, my vision is to see this institution in the next level that caters the needs of the students and their wellbeing.


What would you like people to know about your university they may not know?

"To achieve students goals and needs of parents, focus on campus"

Our institute caters students from all the levels. We make them capable of achieving their goals, and all aware that we value the time, and needs of the parents.


What do you see as Lingayas Institute of Management & Technology greatest strengths?

"Experienced faculty, dynamic leaders and pupils are our greatest strength"

Our institute is bestowed with highly qualified and experienced faculty with dynamic leaders, visionaries, chairman and principal. Moreover, our institute is equipped with high-end labs, good Infrastructure, etc. We have a help desk to solve students' problems within 24hrs.


What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education in general and campus specifically?

"Age-old chalk and talk cannot be replaced with anything is the greatest challenge"

Online education system has both pros and cons. It is the burning issue faced by almost all the institutions as age old chalk and talk cannot be replaced with anything. However, any new technology can substantiate but cannot be as efficient as the former


Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

"Develop your communication skills, and acquire practical aspects"

Youth must concentrate on their career, acquire good knowledge in theoretical and practical aspects. Also, students need to aim at developing communication skills and be efficient with new contemporary ideas set to become entrepreneurs.


What are some plans that you’re currently designing for campus international affairs and students?

"Organize technical events, and expose students to inner talents"

We have already roped in to sign MOUs with multi-national companies to get our students exposed to industries. Our campus also planned to organize technical events that would be helpful for our students to tap their inner talents.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your university?

"Provide medical support and other financial support for all on campus”

We are already maintaining good and healthy relations with all the staff working in our institute. Our campus provides medical support to our staff at our own medical facility, financially supports faculty members to attend conferences, and helps pursue higher studies. We morally support all the staff working in our institute.
