I suggest the mantra of ensuring quality education to students along with lifelong learning opportunities. An educational environment is vital. One of my greatest passions is teaching. I try to keep the students ready for future up-gradation instead of a teaching method.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Keep the team organization and improve the quality of the institution”

The most important aspect is to bind educational materials with my colleagues and students to improve the institute's quality. I take the initiative and lead my team from the front. I will keep the team organized. We all are the same inside the campus to contribute to equality.
