What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“I would describe my leadership vogue as direct and leading by example”

I get pleasure from relegation of tasks and taking the lead whenever required. However, I encourage my team by keeping a parallel pace with them to assist. I continuously make efforts to delegate tasks to the best-equipped person, and I ensure to communicate what output is required. It eliminates back-and-forth, mistakes, and to re-do tasks. 

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your college?

“It is crucial to assess every parameter to drive your strategies towards success” 

With the changing times, evolution becomes a necessity. Thus, the transformation has taken place in the education sector as well. Promoting plans measures the road map to success for any college. To produce a strategic college promoting plans by considering the following points that meet your needs: 

1) Determine Goals: Create a table to stipulate and organize your goals. 

2) Prioritize: It’s useful to possess support from your administration and alternative departments to consider your set priorities for the year and for the long-run. 

3) Assessment of Resources: Understand your resources well, and work along with your business establishment to search for further opportunities to accomplish goals.

4) Brainstorm new concepts to create a Strategy: Build a gradual set up for every project to stipulate the initiatives that support it to clarify why you’re doing what you’re doing.

“Our motto is to educate every student to become a successful human resource for the country”

Education is the right for everyone. It is a channel that grows an individual towards achieving betterment in life. Education is the source to grow an individual, society, and the country. The mission of our trust is, discrimination of cast, colour, religion, and race is a blocked path of success for an individual and country. This is the founding principle of our foundation, and we proved to have this sight in the minds and hearts of our every single student. It is essential to provide education to the deserved ones without any differences.

What are some plans that you’re currently designing for your College? 

“Our dedicated placement cell ensure to provide opportunities to our student in all verticals” 

We are working on providing our students with an international platform to compete and show their presence, no matters they win or lose but their participation will open the opportunity to others who have the will to perform and prove.

For this, I would appreciate the efforts of our “Training and Placement Cell” to provide national and international grounds to our students. The cell creates opportunities for our students to be a part of national and international seminars, conferences and workshops in the campus and off-campus as well. It helps to connect them with the outside world. Out national and international chapters of “Alumni” are running successfully and have connected them on an excellent sharing and approach.
