BITSoM MBA Placement 2023; Highest Package Recorded at INR 50.10 LPA Average Salary Stood at INR 23.85 LPA

New Delhi: The BITS School of Management (BITSoM) has successfully concluded its campus placements for the MBA batch of 2021-23. The highest salary was recorded at INR 50.10 LPA, whereas the average salary package offered at INR 23.85 LPA.

According to the BITSoM reports, the top 10% of the class received an average salary of INR 37.02 LPA, while the top 30% of students received an average salary of INR 30.42 LPA. The average salary for the top 50% of students was INR 28.17 LPA.

Further, the MBA students with prior full-time work history disclosed their last drawn earnings, which stood at INR 7.34 LPA, and were placed with an average salary of INR 20.18 LPA.

During the BITSoM Placements 2023, several industries, including general management, consultancy, sales and marketing, product management and technology, and finance, made offers to the BITSoM MBA students.

The placement process resulted in the hiring of top-notch companies like McKinsey & Co., Bain & Co., Kearney, Arthur D Little, Praxis Consulting, EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte India, and MXV Consulting. Companies in the BFSI industry which hired  MBA students includes JP Morgan Chase (investment banking), Cervin Ventures (venture capital), Eight Capital (private equity), Aditya Birla Capital, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, and FlexiLoans. Moreover, Hindustan Unilever, Pidilite, Aditya Birla Group, and Vodafone Idea also made offers for their premier management trainee programs.

In addition, companies like Signify, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Eureka Forbes, BP, ArcelorMittal, CISCO, Bosch, Tiivra, and HT Media, as well as Accenture, HSBC Technology, Wolters Kluwer, FanPlay IOT, Freyr Solutions, and Zapcom, recruited the MBA students. Commenting on the BITSoM campus placements 2023, Ranjan Banerjee, Dean, said that this placement outcome has been possible due to their unique curriculum, the individualised developmental inputs led by Leena Chatterjee, the efforts of a stellar faculty pool from around the world, and a top-notch career services team.

Additionally, deserving of praise are the determined and cooperative students, who have joined forces to make a statement as the BITSoM founding class.
