BIT Mesra M.Sc (Animation Design) Admission 2022 Open; The Last Date to Apply is June 30

New Delhi: BIT Mesra is currently accepting applications for its M.Sc (Animation Design) course for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, bitmesra.ac.in. The last date to apply is June 30, 2022.

BIT Mesra offers the full-time M.Sc in Animation Design program for a duration of 2 years (4 semesters) which will commence from August 08, 2022. The institute will conduct a creative aptitude test and an interview to select students for the program of BIT Mesra.

To be eligible for admission at BIT Mesra candidates are required to pass their graduation or equivalent examination in relevant subjects with 50% aggregate marks from a recognised institute.

BIT Mesra M.Sc (Animation Design) Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. (Animation and Multimedia) / Bachelor of Fine Art / Bachelor of Design/ Bachelor of Visual Art / Bachelor in Performing Arts with minimum 50% marks (45 % for SC/ST); or 
• Graduate in any stream from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45 % for SC/ST) and 1-year experience in a creative art field
• Candidates appearing for final exams in 2022 can also apply.
• Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-learning programmes are eligible only if the programmes are recognized by the tripartite panel of AICTE-UGC-DEC and they have passed the qualifying exam with minimum requisite marks.

• Firstly applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Creative Aptitude Test.
• Shortlisted candidates then need to appear in the personal interview round.
• The final selection is based on the overall performance of the candidate's academic score, performance in the entrance and interview round.
